A very modest update this week. Like I said, I'm not going to push myself unnecessarily. I do intend to regain speed, but I'll be doing so at my own pace.

UPDATE - November 17, 2011

Many apologies for the long absence. As some of you might know, I suffered a heart attack back in June. After plugging on for a while longer, I kinda thought the pressure I was putting on myself wasn't too good for me. I decided to take a little break that turned into a looong break. I should have at least made an announcement, but I always figured "Next week... next week..."
As a result, I've left a lot of things untended and a lot of unanswered questions. I'm removing the Paypal option because I'm currently unreliable to keep up with it. I still have a few refunds to give out for orders processed over 60 days ago, so if you're one of those who never got your membership info, and haven't had your Paypal payment refunded yet, I will get around to it.
I'm by no means back up to full speed and I can't guarantee steady updates.
To those who cared to ask about me and stick around, thanks a whole lot. You definitely deserved better treatment from me than you got. I'm very sorry and I won't let it happen again if I can help it.

Yeah, I'm late again. I wanted to go ahead and finish off Close Encounters this week. It's been rough the last month or so of that story. Seems like it was a bit too far-out for the length. I didn't get much good feedback after the novelty wore off, so I was battling to stay motivated and finish it off.

Yeah, I'm a few hours late! These Prisoner pics are taking longer to render than most pics. Because of the crowd I have to use a higher-quality render so that the images look decent, but it's actually all the blood effects that take so long to render. It would be nice if I could select what quality to render certain surfaces, but I can't. Ah well.
Also, it's come to my attention that the current storylines aren't really hitting the mark with some of the viewers. It seems to me people want more realistic modern situations in which to find amazons. I can do that =D I'm going to increase production on Close Encounters to get that over with so I can move onto something more like what I've described. Prisoner of the Demoness is nearing it's conclusion as well, but Close Encounters will be easier to wrap up.
Honestly, for those who are regular subscribers who've corresponded with me, I won't be disappointed in the least if you want to cut out for a while and come back when the stories are more to your liking!

Another odd update! I'm about an hour late, but I should have been much, much later. I ended up with EXACTLY 100 pics for this update( and I have a few spares for a rainy day :P ). This crowd scene with Prisoner is tearing my software up! Quite a few of the pics in this week's Prisoner update needed to be rendered in stages and potoshopped together. Multiple lockups and reloading. BAH!

Next week should be less stressful... I hope!

OK, this is an odd update! I'm on time despite the horrific amount of work I'm having to do for the Prisoner Arena scene! The odd thing... only 1 story page to update! BUT WAIT!!! I still managed to get the 100+ pics for the week in miscellaneous images! All the time I usually spent writing was more than taken up by making this arena crowd, but I've got pics of tons of statues I made for it, as well as all the new Therosian soldier girls and a few other new characters. So, yeah... TONS of Prisoner Miscellaneous pics =D!

Yup, still haven't regained the level of production I'd like, but I'm still moving forward. 72 pics in the Prisoner story in 8 pages with text. There's been a slight delay caused with my "normal" job, but the biggest problem is that I'm finding myself distracted often.

Sorry about last week, peeps. I got off vacation and just felt completely blah, easily distracted and unmotivated. I decided to take it easy for a bit. I never realized how much constant effort it took to maintain the pace I've been keeping since I started. I mean, I knew it was a lot, but not worrying about keeping up made me see how freakin' fast I was putting out content. Like a machine... seriously.

I've got quite a few miscellaneous pics ready to go, which will likely be used in place of pages over the next two weeks, bottom line is that I DO believe I'll be able to deliver the 100+ pics a week that you're used to getting.

I don't really want to go into everything that happened this last week that made this update late... but last week was BRUTAL! My day job... BRUTAL! Had to put in quite a bit of overtime... grr. The weather... BRUTAL! I work outside and the heat was freakin' exhausting... grr. This week's Prisoner update... BRUTAL! All those characters made me have to save and reload from the crash on more than half the pics... grr. Even the server problems from last tuesday were brutal. I couldn't do anything about it, but I was so preoccupied with trying that I got very little done.

Let's just hope next week's better...

Oddness abounds again this week, as predicted LAST week! But nothing TOO weird. I somehow managed to stay on schedule with Prisoner, even with a few army scenes. The oddness was all the characters I felt I had to make for three pics ( The characters will show up again NEXT week, but I wanted to introduce them THIS week. ) Because of the volume I didn't get a chance to make Misc renders of them like I'd prefer to, same as with the four sorceress babes that showed up two weeks back. I will get around to making pics for them all when I get the chance. Other than that, I tested and implemented another way to become a member other than ccbill, but it's NOT preferred because it'll cut into the time I spend creatifying.

What a week! I got TOTALLY inspired doing the latest Prisoner update! The scene happening now wasn't even thought of a month ago. I've been rolling it over and was going to make it a little bit-part, but it kept snowballing into a massive scene! I'm making up for all that straight-up porn I was doing with it earlier. Now I'm doing some SERIOUS storytelling. And if you like boobies, you come to the right place! (But... ummm... I think you knew that already... ) ANYHOW...

Late again! I have ponly two words in my defense: FRIGGIN' TREES! Yes, I slipped a bit behind, but should have been on time, except for the last page of Prisoner I did this week. First, I revamped Hearthstead yet again. Then I decided to add a veritable butt-ton of trees to cover the plain. Now my computer is pretty butt-kickin' in comparison to what I'd been using, but it cannot remain stable with all those friggin' trees! So in the future, I'm gonna have to make more of them 2-D billboard props... AND make plans for an even MORE powerful computer. I could have dropped more money for my current big computer, but thought it would be enough. The whole thing about that is I automatically broadened my expectations for my scenes and now I want MOAR! I'm going workstation class. ASAP.

Can't seem to get ahead of the game like I want to! My tuesdays have been shot to hell for the past month and that's usually when I can get a leg up on the week's work. These miscellaneous pics this week should have been done last week but I got trapped by the Gianna the Giant Black Amazon story instead. Hopefully I can get a jump tomorrow after some chores. Cheese and Christ! OK, so I had another fit of "Don't feel like doin' crap." again and ended up wasting away the lead I had built up. So I finished all my regular pics and decided to fire off some more pics of Gianna the Giant Black Amazon, and wouldn'tcha know it... a story started!
I wasn't expecting that... SO I had to take some extra time creating index pages and rebuilding the miscellaneous pages, moving and renaming a bunch of pictures and THAT'S why I'm a little late.

Updating on time for once! Woo-hah! Last couple of weeks I've been only a few hours past my deadline, but that means I'm awake until 4 AM, screwing up my sleep cycle and not accomplishing NEARLY as much on tuesday as I'd like.

Also the past few weeks, even though I HAVE got a new computer, I'm pushing my system already. The lighting in the Prisoner nighttime scene is far more extensive than any I've used before. There's multiple raytraced shadow light sources, which wouldn't have been so bad except for Moo's fucking hair. It's actually 2 different hair props, so it's double the transparency and more than double the time to render.

Luckily, I made it through and it's about time for me to start thinking about getting ahead of the game so I can take a vacation again this year without short-changing my valued members! ( hehehe... I just called all you guys members... )

Been an odd week, peoples. Things are a bit harder to do now that Queen Nadia's over and done with. I'm still trying to settle in to the idea of making Prisoner my primary story, but the writing is a LOT more descriptive and time-consuming then Nadia was. I might go down to six or seven pages of Prisoner per week and a few more of my new story "Tori!Tori!Tori!" We'll see!

WTF?! Only 7 pages of Queen Nadia?! Yup, my long-awaited new computer is late and there's a big crowd in the ring right now, so crashes abound!
HOWEVA, Prisoner is going well and there's enough random pics to reach my 100+ pic/week goal, AND it's ON TIME! HAH!

Amongst the random images, you'll find 4 new hotties in Prisoner Misc. They're the medieval female versions of those 4 thugs who get beat up in several stories. Sid has become Sidalis, Weasel is Weaselle, Luis is Louise, and Blackie is... uhh... Blackie. Hopefully next week I'll have some direct comparisons for ya's! I'm FINALLY done with the crowd scene in Prisoner! GAH! But there's good news on the horizon, my new buttkicking computer has been ordered and should be up and running in 2/3 weeks, so I should have no more problems like I've been having!

Much miscellaneous stuffses popping up this week. So much that I've decided to just update on time and not push myself to pump out another page of Prisoner. This should give me a head start on next week's update, which is good because I have some personal items to deal with which may cause a late or small update next week.

So let's see what happens! I'm going to sleep!

Freakin' crowd scene! Freakin' stupid powder cloud raytracing hadows through transparency! Freakin' RAM limitations! Yeah, a variety of issues on this week's update, hence the lateness. I'm SO ready to get a new computer that can handle all my needs and I'm looking into it right now. Hopefully these types of delays will soon be a thing of the past. Until then we ALL suffer!

At this moment I've decided not to wait until the 2nd page of Prisoner was done to do the upload since I do have 102 images to update with and there's still 2 more pics to do for the 2nd page. Dammit.

hehe...just when I THOUGHT I was all caught up...I couldn't stop it. You maight be wondering why the Prisoner story has been a non-stop sex-fest since it started...the MAIN reason is that I've been putting off the town meeting scene. Unfortunately, it's time for that scene, which means a LOT of delays. I'm hoping to get it done in three pages. This week I couldn't get three pages done, so I'm using some overflow images to get over 100 pics for ya's. Hopefully I won't have to do the same next week. But don't worry. Once that scene's done...more sex! Then another #$^*# crowd scene... oh, Hell...

And at the rate things are going now, by sunday I'll be in much better shape than I was this LAST sunday, so we'll see if I can get back on schedule before I pop a blood vessel or something! :P

I DO believe all the car-crushing will be worth the wait...

People, people, people. If you only knew the sheer HELL it was getting this week's Prisoner pages done! I had my Queen Nadia images done friday evening. I started the Prisoner images on saturday. Sunday and monday are days off for me. It's now tuesday and I'm STILL trying to finish one more picture! GAH!!! Having all these figures in the scene is just KILLING my computer. I'm using some miscellaneous images I've been saving in reserve for a really tough week so you get more than just the story pages. Hopefully I'll be able to get on schedule this coming week, as the pages I'll be doing are now much less intensive. So here's your update!!!

Oops! Late update! Yeah, I expected to be able to come back from vacation and slip right back into schedule, but it was not meant to be. I spent 90% of yesterday chilling out and watching TV instead of writing the update pages. :( And you know the REALLY crappy thing? I have ANOTHER job to go back to on top of it! Oh, well. I had a good vacation and some time to unwind, so I'm recharged for another few years! :P

It's Monday. Yup, but as I'm writing it's the monday BEFORE this update will be posted. Things are going well for my week's vacation. I now start my faux vacation, a few extra days off to make sure I have everything all set to go and by the time you read this, I'll be in sunny Florida, relaxing at a beach house with my family. So let's get this done!

You're not gonna believe this, man. Right now it's still SUNDAY and I'm writing up the update for tomorrow! I'm finishing off the story page pics for next week and most of the writing's done, which means tomorrow I can be almost a full week ahead of schedule, minus some miscellaneous pics...MAYBE! If I bust my butt and don't get off track I could potentially be done with next week's update tomorrow!
So things are looking good for me to have a relaxing vacation without skipping a beat with the site's updates!

Now THIS is scary! It's currently 4PM EST as I'm writing this up. My evil plot to take a worry-free vacation is beginning to bear fruit! LATE update...but I have 2 excuses!
1st, an unexpected idea for a dream sequence page in Beanstalk hit me and I'd already gotten well into the images for the page after it, so I decided to finish it all off.
2nd, this effin' laptop's power supply is nearly toast. I used to have to fiddle with it a bit to get it to stay, but now the battery won't charge at all, so if the power supply drops out...BAM...it shuts off. No chance to reset the power cord or even save whatever I'm working on. I lost over two hours of work because of it.
But I need to get it fixed...just another bump in the road to me getting a new ass-kickin' computer. Grumble.

Double Bumma! It wasn't just the fan, it was the whole Hard Drive on the laptop! I stuck in the new fan and processor. It worked like a champ for 5 days. Then it slowed to a crawl and wouldn't restart. I couldn't even run the Windows CD-ROM unless I yanked the HDD out first! So, I have a new, bigger, faster hard drive on the way.
The worst part is that all these parts just make the acquisition of a new monster computer that much farther away. I'm looking at investing thousands into it so I can do nice lengthy animations for youse guys! Until that day, it's just shitloads of pics and text.
So this week I finished Mick and Todd's first story...I've got more ideas for them in the future, but I think I need to get off my ass and start with another Prisoner story...after a short Yoko Zuna story.
Yep, I've still got a full plate!

Bumma! My laptop fan up and died on saturday :( Currently awaiting replacement parts to include a new, faster processor. Just as I thought I was getting ahead of the game. I need to work just a little bit faster so I can be a week ahead in October. That'll allow me to take a WHOLE week off without skimping on the update. It doesn't look as if I'll be able to get a new asskickin' computer by that time, so I'll need to crack away at it a little bit at a time.
ANYWAYS, it seems that some people wanted to see Nadia's brother Nathan get some retribution for him being a prick, so I dropped a few images into Queenie's Miscellaneous section called "Sibling Rivalry." Tee-hee.

A few hours late with this update (meaning I'm awake a few hors longer and fucking up my sleep cycle even more than normal! =D) but it was an odd week. I was stricken by inspiration several times and had the opportunity to go with it. I'm in good shape on props, environments and outfits for Queen Nadia and the current stories. Making that stuff usually occupies my time after the story pages are done, but I had a chance to finish off some older side projects as well as some new ones. It takes longer to make new characters, but doing it fires off the creative cannons in this warship I call a brain. SO!

Woo-hoo! Updating before midnight (in MY time zone, anyway...), yeah! Trying to develop an actual sleep pattern that doesn't destroy me!
Alright, based on some of the severe reactions I've gotten to the Queen Nadia rape scene, I've updated the Queen Nadia index page so that particular scene can be skipped and posted warnings and skip links on the page preceding and the page of its' beginning. It gets much worse than last update :O If you choose not to view the scene, don't worry. I will make sure to reference to any specific points that were brought up. You won't miss anything.
Also, I've decided to make some changes going forward in regards to the Queen Nadia Miscellaneous page. Whenever reasonable I'll be making more interactive-style images as opposed to the portrait-pose style images. Check it out =D

Yawn! Should have been getting my update ready instead of watching that stupid movie. Ah, fair warning on this week's Queen Nadia update. This concerns the rape scene with Harley and Domingo. This is NOT...I repeat NOT a light fantasy female on male rape scene. It's dirty and violent and brutal. Remember, this is Harley Ryder...she kills people, she abuses her power, she has no respect for anything but herself. And it's Domingo Damascus...he's in love, he's got integrity and he always wants to be on the right side of that line between right and wrong. It's an ugly scene. But then again...some people like that!

The scene change in Queen Nadia slowed me down a smidge more than expected, but not enough to put me behind schedule =D Also the ridiculous amount of visual effects in The F Word caused a few software crashes, but it didn't put me behind schedule! Guess what that means! I'm gonna get a decent amount of sleep! BWAHAHAHA!!!

Just a few words that may be of interest to Daz|Studio users. Last week I discovered an odd anomaly which was really jacking up my Val scenes. Somehow, some way, at some point in time, a Victoria 4 model was deleted from one of my scenes and left behind her deformers. This anomaly had multiplied like a plague, causing the Val scenes to use a ton of extra RAM and become unstable. The paramaters would split out from the scene into their own windows, dialogue boxes would not appear, and errors while saving would occur. These deformers don't show up in the scene tab. I only discovered them when I right clicked on an object and selected 'Change Figure Parent.' I discovered that they are selectable, but only when you 'Select All' or manually select everything in the Scene tab and then invert selection. However, after deleting, I'd get an error when trying to save. I had to re-create all my character and environment scenes. The good news is I got that all straightened out.

The bad news is that I found out today that this anomaly predates my use of 'Tha Box,' which is that white-ish background I've been using for many of my miscellaneous renders. All the scenes I've saved after using 'Tha Box' for miscellaneous renders are infected, including all the Mick and Todd characters (other than Mick and Todd themselves...maybe). So I'm going to have to take the time to reload and recreate a bunch of files. I'll try to prioritize so I don't fall below my 100 picture minimum udates :D

'Sup! You might think the reason for this particularly late updae was vacation...but you'd be wrong! It was INSPIRATION! You're probably tired of hearing how the whole Val project was slow-going, and admittedly, those first two pages...not very exciting. It's going better now...starting to get the groove, starting to have fun with it =D. But the REALLY cool thing is that because of the frustrating parts of it that take so long, I started ANOTHER story to do during those times! So I started "Mick and Todd - Amazon Chick Magnets" this week, and I was riding the wave of inspiration to create new characters and images. I have a good chunk of miscellaneous images for Mick and Todd ready to go for next week already, I just thought it would be better to introduce the new characters in the story before formally introducing you all. There's something for just about everyone. I had a ton of fun making it all up.

Oh, my vacation was nice, too...bummed around in Florida and did close to nothing for a few days. I needed the change of scenery...believe me! Now, then...let's have an update!

Grr...My little Val story took longer to get started than I thought...and I'm going to have to dump the lighting in the scene, too. There's just too much stuff, my program keeps crashing. PLENTY of stuff to look at this week. Once again I don't feel like updating the Preview Page. I'm worn out!

And a note: I'll be going on a short vacation this week. I hope it won't effect my production too much, but the update may come later next week. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

OK, so I missed the Monday Evening Goal. Realistically, I could have made it with just the new story pages and miscellaneous images, but there ended up being a lot more stuff to add. Maybe I should have stockpiled some of it so I can take a vacation sometime. Oh, well.
Time has been much better to me this week. I'll actually have a little bit of time today to finally watch my Metalocalypse Season 2 DVD. If, that is, I can squeeze it in between all the other responsibilities I've been putting on hold for the last month so I could give youse guys decent sized updates.

In addition, I also did some proofreading. The last few weeks I've been frantically scurrying to get the updates together and let a bunch of typos and stuff slip by. Ok, OK...it's important to me, though...

UPDATE - December 30 2008
Whew! Starting to catch up again =D I thought I was gonna be in big trouble. The parking garage scene from Queen Nadia was taking a long time to render the images. I finally got over that hump on Monday morning about 3AM EST. That means I pumped out almost half of this week's Queen Nadia story images out in the last 48 hours.
So yes, things are getting back on track. Hopefully next week I'll be able to update monday evening, or have more than 2 pages of Kick! to update with...or (shudder) both!
Just a word of warning, this goes for last week's update also. Strong racial slurs are used in the Queen Nadia story. I'd hope it's obvious that the work is fiction and I don't condone that sort of behavior. I do, however, recognize that those attitudes exist and are despicable...the intention is to make the character using those slurs more despicable. Nuff said.
Also just let me say this week's Queen Nadia was emotional for me. I killed one of my characters. A character I liked a lot. It was similar to losing a pet...not nearly as hard, but enough to squeak a few tears out of me, especially putting myself into the head of the one closest to the deceased. It wasn't a pleasant place to be for me. I have to say, I don't expect anyone else to feel the same way, I don't consider myself a great writer or anything...I just wanted you all to know how important this story has become to me. It was no small thing I did.
Anyway...the UPDATE!

In addition, I also modified many of the existing images from Queen Nadia's last update. I think the parking garage scene images came out too dim. I was telling myself "Yeah, it's a dimly lit parking garage" but I just wasn't happy with them, so I upped the contrast and brightness. I overdid it a bit, but I'm happy with them now. Perfection is for people without unrealistic self-imposed deadlines =D

One thing...Would you guys rather I update at the same time each week? I've been holding off because of certain production goals I've placed on myself ( ie. 100 images per update ) and it's slowly driving my update time back ( due in part to my work schedule, which is returning to a semblance of normalcy ). I'll eventually be able to catch up and work my way back to monday updates unless some terrible stuff happens, but I'm just curious if there's a preference. FUCK! Well, bad news. Due to the day job, I'll be in a classroom period for the next 3 weeks. What this means to youse peoples is I'll be losing about 15 hours of production time per week, eaten up by drive time and relative inability to do anything during lunches. Smaller updates. Sorry.
So, I'm not sure if I'll be producing anything other than Queen Nadia and miscellaneous pics until this period is over. I'm pretty dedicated to my production, but I'm not going to pull my hair out and drive myself crazy trying to maintain a pace I know is impossible. I'll plan on taking a vacation in February and dedicate most of it to Amazonix.
Also had some issues with normal production this week. I lost my old parking lot. Found a different one and had a real tough time lighting it. I'm going to have to remake my old parking lot. Oh, well...ANYWAYS...the update:

Starting to get back on track...one of these weeks I'm actually gonna update on monday like I want to...grrr...I need to start putting together the Barbarian Slut pages earlier. I always underestimate how long it takes to make them. It's a lot more time-consuming than one would think. Then again, I've only got two more pages until the end of issue 1. I don't know if I want to jump right into issue 2 or move on to Val's first story. We'll find out next week! Until then, enjoy the marginally voluminous update :D

*COUGH-COUGH!* Updating even later this week. I lost almost two days from being sick where I produced almost nothing. It wasn't the "call out from work to stay home and relax" sick...it was the "go to work and get even sicker" kind of sick. I'm still kinda under the weather or I would have pulled another all-nighter so I could update before noon. Believe it or not, I'd rather update on monday night and relax for a few hours on tuesday. Oh, well. I cut back a bit overall on the total update size, but there's EXACTLY 100 new images altogether.

OK, so I got this other computer up and running and I have a bit of a bigger update this week. On top of that, you don't even know how much more I actually did this week. Anyone who knows Poser/DAZ can look at what I did with Barbarian Slut this week and say "Ohhh...THAT'S what he was doing!" Fortunately, I believe I won't have too much other than images to make for the next few weeks...that means BIGGER updates :) I'm looking forward to handling some requests that have been made, pushing forward faster with Barbarian Slut and putting together a few more sets of Poser Content I've made during the past few weeks while I was falling behind the pace I'd set for myself. I just hope the urge to start another full story doesn't sneak up while I'm doing so >eep!<

Oh, yeah...and I forgot to mention that last week the size of the members area went over 1GB! =D

A few extra hours late with the update. Technical difficulties for half the week. Nothing HUGE, but enough to consume probably ten hours and a lot of energy and momentum that could have been utilized elsewhere!
1 - In the Queen Nadia update, where Harley destroys her chair, it, for no particular reason, completely stumped my rendering software. Never had a problem with the chair before, I've used it probably a half dozen times. I had to try a bunch of different things to finally get the picture made. 2 hours gone.
2 - This Barbarian Slut scene really kicked my butt. I was doing fine until I beheaded the one guy. All those little blood particles cost me probably six hours with saving before each picture, reloading after my software unexpectedly closed. I hope I don't come up with too much more stuff to do in that scene.
3 - Contracted some Malware last night. Pretty nasty one. Took four hours to find a fix that worked :(
But on the bright side, I'll soon be coming into possession of 2nd computer with enough resources to handle my work. Hopefully I can get is set up and running before the next update. It won't double my production and it's not the super-uber computer I WANT to have built, but it'll help out a lot!

Other than Nadia, no new story pages. It's not that I'm out of ideas AT ALL...it's more like a combination of things. Let me explain quickly...
I kind of got used to updating with 8 new Nadia pages weekly, but since the site launched, I've had a stash of pages ready to go. After last week's technical difficulties, I used up all I had in reserve. BUT...I upgraded the RAM in my main computer, which makes for much quicker rendering =D I shouldn't have a problem pumping out 72 images with text for Nadia weekly, as long as I have all the environments for the scenes set up in advance. I spent a good bit of my time doing that. So the problem I faced with new story ideas was that I'd need to use my laptop to make the images...so the story has to be simple with very few characters involved. Most stories I want to do will involve more CPU power, but don't fear! I'll have a new short story started next week! Should be fun! =D
Lots of higher-quality miscellaneous pictures this week, though. I'm expanding my artistic side ;)

This update comes a little later than normal. Had a lot of technical difficulties this week, but still I deliver well over the 45 new images I claimed would be normal.

Updated my Deviantart Gallery with some more detailed images with Shelly and Dave.
Currently updating my Renderosity Gallery with 3 more pics of Val, the site mascot, (yes, the very muscular lady in the cutoff jean shorts) but they only allow 1 upload per day.

I lost a LOT of sleep this week trying to keep my pace up. I hope someone actually reads this and appreciates it :D

Started using my Youtube page with the animations from Exercise and Wrestling, just FYI

I'll be looking to post some exclusive promotional pictures on other sites, I plan on linking back to wherever I post such things as mutual advertisement. I'll keep you all posted :D

Just letting everyone know the first few updates will be way bigger than normal!
I have a lot of images that just need the stories written, so enjoy the frantic pace while it lasts :D
